What document formats does Quoryks AI support?

Quoryks AI supports invoices, including Argentine A, B, C and MiPyME invoices, in PDF or image format. It recognizes different layouts and designs for the same document type. Bank and credit card statements are currently in development and will be available soon.

Does it work with AFIP/ARCA invoices?

Yes. Quoryks AI is specifically trained for Argentine documents and can detect CUIT, invoice type and number, issue and due dates, net amounts, VAT and totals from A, B, C and MiPyME invoices issued under ARCA regulations, formerly AFIP.

Can I integrate Quoryks with my accounting software or ERP?

Yes. All plans export structured data in CSV, and from Starter also in Excel and JSON, compatible with major ERP and accounting systems. Pro, Business and Enterprise include the REST API and local agent for custom integrations; on Starter they are available as an add-on.

What happens if the AI cannot extract a field?

The system visually flags the field and activates a recovery module that queries the document for specific information. You can always manually edit any field before exporting, so the user retains final control.

How much does Quoryks AI cost?

Quoryks AI offers a Free plan with 50 lifetime sheets and no credit card required. Paid plans: US$29 per month for Starter with 300 sheets, US$79 per month for Pro with 1,200 sheets, US$229 per month for Business with 4,000 sheets, US$499 per month for Enterprise with 10,000 sheets. All plans can be canceled at any time without penalties.

One sheet equals one processed page: each page of a PDF is one sheet and each image is one sheet. A 3-page PDF consumes 3 sheets from your plan. Additional sheets are sold in packs that do not expire.

Currently, the platform supports invoice processing in PDF and image formats, accommodating different invoice layouts and structures.

03 How long does it take to process a document?

Processing takes between 5 and 30 seconds depending on document complexity. You can see real-time progress and receive notifications upon completion.

04 Can I integrate the platform with my system?

Yes. We offer structured CSV, Excel and JSON export compatible with major ERPs, accounting systems, and other document management systems. Pro, Business y Enterprise plans include access to our REST API for custom integrations.

05 What happens if the AI can't extract a field?

When a field is not detected with certainty, the system asks the document specific queries to recover it. If it still does not appear, it is highlighted visually and you can complete it manually before export.

06 Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel whenever you want with no penalties or additional charges. Your access remains active until the end of the billing period.

07 How are plans billed? Do you issue invoices for Argentine companies?

We invoice all plans directly. If your company is in Argentina, you receive Invoice A or B according to your tax status, with applicable VAT added to the price, and you pay by bank transfer or digital payment methods. If you are outside Argentina, we invoice in U.S. dollars and you pay by credit card. In both cases you receive your receipt.

08 What happens to my documents after processing? Is my data secure?

Your documents are transmitted and stored encrypted, and only users in your account can see them. We do not use them to train models. You can delete them whenever you want: they disappear instantly and are permanently purged, including backups, within 60 days. More details on our security page.
