Questions about plans and billing
01 How are plans billed? Do you issue invoices for Argentine companies?
We invoice all plans directly. If your company is in Argentina, you receive Invoice A or B according to your tax status, with applicable VAT added to the price, and you pay by bank transfer or digital payment methods. If you are outside Argentina, we invoice in U.S. dollars and you pay by credit card. In both cases you receive your receipt.
02 Do USD prices include VAT?
Published prices do not include VAT. VAT is added for Argentine customers according to tax status. International customers: invoicing in USD by credit card.
03 What is a sheet and how is it counted?
One sheet equals one processed page: each page of a PDF is one sheet and each image (JPG or PNG) is one sheet. A 3-page PDF uses 3 sheets from your plan. Sheets renew each month and don't roll over: if you process less one month, your quota resets the next month.
04 What if I run out of sheets mid-month?
We notify you before you reach the limit. When sheets run out, new documents cannot be uploaded until you buy an additional pack, upgrade (prorated), or your next period starts. Already processed data remains available.
05 Which file formats can I upload?
PDF, JPG or PNG up to 10 MB per file, with no page limit per document. On paid plans you can also send them to your intake email address or bring them in from Google Drive.
06 In what order are sheets consumed?
Your plan's sheets for the current cycle are used first. When they run out, the packs you bought are used, in the order you bought them. Packs do not expire.
07 Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime (prorated). You can downgrade: the change applies at the next billing period. You can cancel without penalties; access continues until the end of the paid period.
08 Is there a trial on paid plans?
You don't need one: the Free plan includes 50 lifetime sheets with no card, so you can test the platform with your own documents before subscribing to any paid plan.
09 Are there volume discounts?
Yes. Accounting firms and high-volume companies get special terms. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll put together a proposal for your case.
